So I received a good amount of compliments tonight at the Murder Mystery event; partially because I was dressed up and then some for the way I styled my hair (I never style/gel my hair, so this was a bit of a new experience for me).

Something a little crazy:
Recently - twice in the past three days - I’ve been asked where I’m from because of my accent, my northern accent. When I say that I was born in Oregon, they’re like “oh, okay, that makes sense”.
One guy even told me that I had a bit of a Canadian accent, and that kinda blew me away.
So it’s cool for me to be seeing my Northwestern roots still come out even...

So I’m definitely getting one of my forearm tattoos for my 20th birthday in December.
Yes, it will be on my forearm and if that means that I have to wear long-sleeve shirts a lot, then so be it. I would like my tattoos to be conversation starters that can help me share the gospel.
And if the church I work at doesn’t like my tattoos, then I’ll either cover them up and use them...

There’s a pastor that is fighting for his life tonight. He’s fighting the fight against cancer; lung cancer to be specific. Please keep him and his family in your prayers. God has a plan. What that plan is, none of us know. But His plan is the best plan.
If this pastor is called to his heavenly home tonight, pray that his family can find joy in the fact that he’s in heaven. But...
